1. General Information These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies for staying at Ocean Edge Cancun Suites. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.
Ocean Edge Cancun Suites is a business name operated by D-Insights Limited, a Hong Kong company with its registered address at Room 1006, 10/F., PO YIP Building, 23 Hing YIP Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Reservation Policy
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all reservations.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Google Pay, Zelle, and bank transfer. For Zelle and bank transfer payments, please contact us before proceeding with payment.
Guests may modify their reservation dates up to 15 days prior to check-in. After this period, the reservation becomes non-cancellable, and no modifications will be permitted.
3. Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If available, additional fees may apply.
The building has a 24/7 reception to assist with check-ins at any time.
4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled up to 15 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made more than 15 days before the check-in date will incur a 3.5% cancellation fee for credit card payments. This fee is non-refundable as it covers credit card transaction fees.
There is no cancellation fee for payments made via Zelle. For bank transfer refunds, a SWIFT fee of $25 will apply.
Cancellations must be made through the link provided in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations made more than 15 days in advance (minus applicable fees) will be processed within one week of approval. The refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Security Deposit
A $100 USD security deposit is required upon check-in, to be paid in cash at the reception. This is a building requirement.
The security deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided no damages to the apartment are found.
7. Property Rules
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay, and the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
8. Additional Services
Optional airport transfer services are available for an additional fee and can be selected during the booking process.
The property is cleaned every two days as part of your stay. No extra charges apply for this service.
9. Liability
Ocean Edge Cancun Suites is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. Please ensure your valuables are secured at all times.
By booking a stay with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and actions during your stay.
10. Changes to the Terms
Ocean Edge Cancun Suites reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes via email or our website.
